Sparks Toyota's Rent A Toyota vehicles are allowed in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, and South Carolina.

Are there age restrictions on the person renting the Toyota?

Yes, you must be at least 21 years of age to rent a Toyota vehicle. Please contact us for exact age requirements.

Are there any other restrictions?

You need a valid driver's license and a major credit card in your own name to rent a vehicle in the Rent a Toyota program. Proof of full coverage insurance may be required at the time of rental.

What Is Required To Rent A Vehicle?

• Minimum age is 21 years old.
• Valid Driver's License (International drivers require a License)
• Major Credit Renter's Name (We do not accept cash or pre-paid cards)
• You must have valid, unexpired insurance that transfers to the rental vehicle. Proof of insurance is required to rent; please bring your insurance card or declaration with you.

Does Sparks Toyota require a deposit?

We take an Deposit on your credit card at the time of rental for the total rental charges plus $200 as a security deposit. The $200 security deposit is released once the vehicle is inspected by a rental representative and returned in the same condition at checkout including a full tank of gas.

For Reservations, a $50.00 Holding Fee is required for all vehicles, and will be applied toward your rental charges.
