WHAT’S COVERED WITH THE SPARKS TOYOTA LIFETIME WARRANTY?
The Sparks Toyota Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty begins on the vehicle purchase date and from the mileage on the odometer at the time of sale. This warranty expires when original purchaser no longer owns the vehicle.
ENGINE
DefaultCylinder block and cylinder head(s), all internal lubricated parts including pistons, piston rings, wrist pins, connecting rods, rod and main bearings, crankshaft, camshaft (s) and bearings, followers, lifters, pushrods, rocker arms, rocker shafts and bushings, balance shafts, valves, valve seats, valve guides, valve springs and retainers, oil pump, oil pump pick up, oil pump drive and water pump.
DRIVE AXLE
Front Wheel Drive Equipped: Drive axle housing and all internal lubricated components including carrier case, gear sets, chain and sprockets, bearings, bushings, axle shafts, constant velocity joints and double offset joints (except if boot was damaged or missing). Rear Wheel Drive Equipment: Drive axle case and all internal lubricated parts including carrier, ring and pinion gears, gear sets, bearings, bushings, limited slip clutch pack, axle shafts, drive shaft(s), drive shaft support an u-joints. Four Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive Equipped: All components listed under Front Wheel Drive Equipped and Rear Wheel Drive Equipped are covered.
TRANSMISSION/TRANSFER CASE
Automatic Transmission Equipped: Transmission Case and all internal lubricated parts including oil pump, valve body, torque converter, govenor, clutches, bushings, shafts, gear sets, bearings, vacuum modulator, dip stick and tube. Manual Transmission Equipped: Transmission case and all internal lubricated parts including shafts, bushings, bearings, gear sets, synchronizers and shift forks. Transfer Case Equipped: The Transfer Case housing and all internal lubricated parts.

- Zero. This is a complimentary, no additional cost warranty. We want you to be our customer for life, so the Lifetime Limited Warranty comes standard with every new Toyota purchase here at Sparks Toyota.
What does the Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty cover?
- The main components covered are the engine, transmission and drive axles. A detailed listing of the covered can be read on the contract or on our website.
Is there any additional maintenance required to maintain the Lifetime Limited Warranty?
- No. Simply follow Toyota’s recommended maintenance program and you will be covered for as long as you own the vehicle.
Is the Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty voided if service is not done at Sparks?
- No. Service work can be completed at a different ASE Certified shops (excluding ToyotaCare and Toyota warranty work). However, you will find that Sparks Toyota has competitive service, repair, tire and maintenance prices and often times less expensive pricing than non-Toyota repair facilities. Also, we only use factory parts and only have Toyota Certified technicians working on your vehicle. Keeping your Toyota at Sparks also lets us maintain all of your records in case you ever need to qualify a warranty claim.
What is excluded from the Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty?
- The covered vehicle must be a new, untitled purchase from Sparks Toyota. Vehicles used for commercial or government purposes are excluded. Vehicles used for racing or competitive driving or used for towing without being equipped with a tow package which meets or exceeds Toyota’s towing package specifications are excluded. Damages due to water, rust or contamination are excluded.
What if I move away from (or don’t live in) the Grand Strand area? Do I lose the Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty benefits?
- No. The Lifetime Limited Powertrain Warranty stays with you for as long as you own your Toyota. The Lifetime Powertrain Warranty is valid at participating dealerships and repair facilities across the United States.
